We ship out all of our items to customers worldwide, as soon as physically possible. If your order is processed after 4:30 PM GMT/BST, then your items will be posted the next day, all orders received before this time will be posted on the same day. Please note that all orders placed on a weekend, may not be shipped until Monday.

return & exchange policy
ALL items are packaged securely and with a 'fragile - handle with care' sticker on them, therefore if your item arrives damaged, please take this up with the courier (eg; Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS...) as we are not responsible for any packages once we drop them off at the Post Office or to the courier service.
The best alternative, for both parties, is to simply exchange the item you are unhappy with, in replacement for another item you like just as much if not more. Once your unwanted item has been received, we will post to you any item of your choosing, free of charge. If you do wish to simply return your item, you must cover return costs as we are not responsible for this.
Please beware, that any customers acting in a fraudulent manner will not be tolerated, nor allowed to purchase from this website in future and will be blacklisted and reported. Please ensure that all refunds, returns and exchanges are of a genuine nature and not carried out with the intention of fraud.
